Coming soon, Phase 1 of Lighthouse Point introduces a 65,000 sq. ft. retail hub featuring restaurants and entertainment spaces at the crossroads of Bay Street and Borough Place. The project is being developed by Triangle Equities and NYC DEC.
Lighthouse Point will also feature a residential tower soaring above this retail space, housing 115 apartments, with 20% set aside for affordable housing.
Additionally, plans include a dedicated parking structure with a capacity for 300 vehicles.
